Organisations that license Nanto Academy are responsible for managing their users, ensuring appropriate enrolment, and maintaining accurate employee records on the platform. Nanto Academy is not liable for how employer-assigned content is used within an organisation.
All course content created or provided by Nanto Academy remains the intellectual property of Nanto Ventures Ltd. Content uploaded by your organisation remains the property of your organisation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
