What is Nanto Academy?

Nanto Academy is an online training platform for organisations in Kenya and East Africa. It runs short, Kenya-specific workplace courses that staff complete on any device, issues a dated certificate when a learner passes, and gives HR a record of who has completed what.

Who are Nanto Academy courses for?

Organisations that need their staff trained and need proof of it. An employer enrols its staff, and each staff member learns at their own pace. Typical topics are workplace conduct, professionalism and disciplinary procedure under Kenyan employment law.

How do staff get access to a course?

The employer enrols them. Each staff member receives an email to set a password, then signs in at academy.nanto.com from a phone, tablet or computer. Progress saves automatically. Staff with a sign-in problem should contact their HR team first.

Do learners get a certificate?

Yes. When a learner passes the final assessment, a named and dated certificate is issued automatically. Anyone can check that a certificate is genuine at academy.nanto.com/certificate-verification using its reference.

Are the courses written for Kenyan workplaces?

Yes. Courses are written for Kenyan workplaces and, where the law matters, refer to the Kenyan statute that applies, such as the Employment Act 2007, rather than adapting material from another country.
